Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund.
Prices and payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.
Delivery. Estimated times are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment.
Returns and cancellations. See our refund policy (the Whole-Day Guarantee). Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected.
Product information. We take care to describe products accurately. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
Liability. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
