  2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been shipped. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

  3. Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable taxes and charges will be shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

  4. Shipping. Estimated shipping times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery, and ownership of the goods passes once payment has been received.

  5. Returns and cancellations. Please see our Refund Policy and 90-Night Trial for information about returns and refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

  6. Product information. We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances.

  7. Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

  8. Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, images, branding, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

  9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply in their place of residence.
