Refund policy (Returns)

The Whole-Day Guarantee

Wear them for a real day. Sit in them, commute in them, have lunch in them. If the Serenity work trousers are not the most comfortable work trousers you own, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund .

Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items should be returned in a resalable condition allowing for reasonable trial wear: no stains, marks, odours (including perfume or smoke), pet hair, damage or alterations.
  • Washing must follow the care label (machine wash at 30°, hang to dry). Items damaged by incorrect washing are not eligible.
  • One trial return per style per customer. Items showing wear beyond a reasonable trial may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock. Exchanges are processed ahead of refunds where possible.

How to return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or use our contact page, quoting your order number.
  2. We will email a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and your rights in respect of faulty goods.
